12 years as an operator and designer in healthcare, tech, and data/AI earned me the nickname "the canary in the coal mine." Leadership looked to me to signal gaps between expectations and outcomes: between what should, could, or ever had happened, and what was happening now. At Pytlak Werner, this is my singular focus: capturing and documenting organizations' current state processes to equip them with the clarity necessary to make strategic change.
